Madison Hotel, 110 Keys, Memphis, TN; member of "Small Luxury Hotels of The World". The Madison was an accumulation of four buildings with the main 17 story building being the old Tennessee Trust Bank Building. This project started in March 1997 and was completed in August 2002.

Holiday Inn - Holidome, 111 Rooms, Kenosha, WI; this hotel was purchased and upgraded with the addition of a Holidome Recreation Center and a 170 seat "High Energy" nightclub. The purchase and improvements were funded with Industrial Revenue Bonds.
Campus Inn - 201 Rooms, Birmingham, AL; this is now called the Best Western Medical Center Inn and is located on the campus of the University of Alabama, Birmingham in the Medical Center
Ramada Inn - 136 Rooms, Rock Hill, SC; small ownership and short management
contract.

The Depot Hospitality, Inc. July, 1987 - April, 1989

"The Depot Restaurant", Columbus, MS; This was a 12,000 square foot Historic Railroad Station which was converted into a high-end restaurant-supper club with entertainment. 

Holiday Inn-150 Rooms, Columbus, MS; Purchased and renovated including the conversion of a 7 seat bar into a 120 seat "High Energy Bar"

Holiday Inn-Airport, 227 Rooms, Birmingham, AL: This was the accumulation of
17 separate parcels of land located at I59 and I20 at the Airport in Birmingham, AL.
This hotel historically had an Occupancy of 75% with a bar business that exceeded
$1M in revenue each year.

Holiday Inn-140 Rooms, El Dorado, AR; Purchased in 1973 and managed for 10
years. A Private Club was added and the hotel was very successful until the partners
decided to sell in 1983 because the property was being bypassed. Since the sale, the
hotel has deteriorated and is presently an Econo-Lodge.

Holiday Inn-100 Rooms, Hope, AR; a short management contract

Holiday Inn "City Line"-510 Rooms, Philadelphia, PA; management agreement
